WaveVision seed tubes use micro wave radio singles to view the seed by mass not a light beam breaking, if two seeds pass a light sensor at same time they will be counted as one seed, the Wave vision will sense the mass a see two seeds. Plus the WaveVision sensor is at the bottom of the seed tube so you see how the seed spaing is at ground level.
